Surely we can all agree that getting fired is never a pleasant experience. Even if you absolutely hate your job, you never wish to be in a position where you have to stand in front of your boss and listen to them letting you go. Being terminated from your job is a clear indication that your superior thinks that the time and effort you put into the job so far are simply not good enough, and they are ready to move on and give someone else a go. 

While getting fired is not something anyone wants to experience, there are some ways that an employer can soften the blow. They can do it in their room, in a quiet and respectful environment, they can mention things the employee did do well so that wouldn't feel terrible about themselves, and they can genuinely, from the bottom of their hearts, wish them good luck in any future endeavor.

    DangerousMoron8 I sincerely hope you don't feel bad about yourself. Owner sounds like a complete loser, I've met plenty of them. Get a tiny bit of power and use it to embarass and put people down. Just be glad you don't have to work there and move on, has nothing to do with you.
